Background

Mr. Peter Lukacs holds a Master’s degree in Architecture with a concentration in sustainable design from Judson University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from the University of Illinois at Chicago.  Mr. Lukacs is a registered professional Architect in the states of Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Tennessee, and Texas.

Mr. Lukacs has more than 12 years of experience in architectural design, which includes the preparation of construction documents, permitting, project management, surveying and analysis of existing buildings for adaptive reuse, life safety and accessibility compliance, and construction administration.  Representative design projects include single- and multi-family residential buildings, restaurants, retail stores, pharmaceutical buildings with offices, labs, amenity spaces, warehouses, and storage facilities.

For the last five years, Mr. Lukacs’ main focus has been on architectural forensic investigations, premises liability evaluations, property condition assessments, ADA/FHA accessibility compliance evaluations, feasibility studies of design projects, building envelope evaluations, hygrothermal analysis of exterior wall and roof systems, restoration design, and architectural design review consultation of new and existing buildings.
