Background
Rebecca is an accomplished construction sector professional with 20 years of international quantity surveying experience gained in the UK, Canada and Australia. She has worked across a broad range of sectors on complex engagements (up to £350m) for both public and private sector clients.
Rebecca couples her strong commercial acumen with her knowledge of procurement, risk and value management. She is proficient in a wide variety of tasks, including claims review/analysis, advising on dispute-avoidance strategies, contract procurement/management/administration, and cost reporting. Rebecca has worked on an extensive range of projects, administering contracts (including JCT, NEC, and Australian Standard forms) delivered via Traditional Lump Sum, Design and Build, and Guaranteed Maximum Price arrangements.
Experienced in delivering high-value, legally complex projects, utilising a range of contract strategies with demonstrated involvement in preparing robust documentation for legal proceedings and supporting matters through mediation, adjudication, and litigation.
