Background

Rob has been involved in the construction and engineering industry throughout his career, predominantly working for main contractors and consultancy organisations as a quantum-related professional.

Rob has broad experience in providing advisory services including procurement and commercial strategy, and in dispute resolution including providing factually based entitlement documents for quantum and delay matters often collaborating with lawyers. Rob has been appointed as quantum expert and often supports quantum experts on larger disputes.

Rob has extensive experience of claims preparation and management, including on complex projects. He has been involved in structured negotiations, adjudications, and litigation proceedings. Rob has been appointed as an expert and provided CPR35-compliant expert reports.

Rob has a detailed understanding of the standard forms of contract used in the construction and engineering industry including JCT, NEC, and FIDIC, and experience of many bespoke forms of contract.
