Background

Robert Sullivan, Jr., EIT, is a Building Envelope Consultant who graduated from Manhattan University (then Manhattan College) for his undergraduate degree in civil engineering and then returned to Manhattan University to complete his master’s degree in civil engineering.

Mr. Sullivan has experience in a diverse range of project types across multiple states. He specializes in the fields of roofing and façade restoration with projects ranging from condition assessments, leak investigations, restoration design, and construction administration. He works closely with the structural engineering team to expedite repair details by performing initial drafting and calculations. Mr. Sullivan also works with the due diligence team to perform assessments of building envelope and structural systems. He has performed work in New York, Massachusetts, California, Texas, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Florida, North Carolina, Virginia, Minnesota, and New Jersey and has worked on a wide range of building types from historic brownstones with masonry facades to modern steel-framed buildings with curtain wall assemblies.
