Mr. Ryan Doull is a seasoned Oil and Gas Emissions Services specialist with over 25 years of field, consulting, business development, and executive leadership experience across diverse energy subsectors, including upstream emissions; well integrity testing, monitoring, and sampling; regulatory; and advisory services. He has built a distinguished career specializing in well integrity emissions and related technologies and services.
Currently serving as Principal Consultant, Environmental Emissions at Rimkus, Mr. Doull has led complex, multidisciplinary projects across Canada. His expertise spans the development and implementation of well integrity testing and programs, inventing and patenting emissions monitoring technology, and disaster response in coordination with emergency services. He has provided on-site leadership during emergencies such as explosions due to gas migrating from wellbores, led large-scale site inspection projects of over 1,000 wells, and guided clients to achieve regulatory standards when faced with challenging and complex site closure issues.
Mr. Doull’s work is grounded in energy regulatory compliance and best practices, with a strong focus on optimization for process discipline and safety. He has authored and presented on emissions topics at national and international forums.
