Ms. Sarah Barber-Machalani has over 14 years of professional experience in the architecture and engineering disciplines, specializing in building envelope systems compliance and construction administration. She has worked extensively on façade restoration projects, parking structure restoration campaigns, leak investigations and repairs, roof assessments, and sidewalk vault restorations.

Ms. Barber-Machalani specializes in Façade Inspection and Safety Program (FISP) and Periodic Inspection of Parking Structures (PIPS) compliance filings in New York City, although her expertise extends beyond the five boroughs.
