Scott Salsbery

Background

Mr. Scott Salsbery holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on combustion, heat transfer, and fluid mechanics, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a design emphasis.

Mr. Salsbery has over 13 years of experience in the design, manufacture, service, and maintenance of mechanical systems and components. This includes agricultural equipment and machinery, construction equipment, feed and grain handling systems, automation and control systems, gas and liquid control and handling systems, combustion systems and controls, cooling systems, electro-mechanical systems, hydraulic systems, and internal combustion engines. He has authored and reviewed product warnings and instructions, operator manuals, and technical documentation. Mr. Salsbery has evaluated products for compliance with national and international standards, industry standards, and safety regulations.

Mr. Salsbery has performed investigations of machinery and vehicle accidents in both on-site and laboratory settings. Mr. Salsbery is a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator (CFEI) and has performed fire investigations involving partial loss, total loss, structures, industrial facilities, warehouses, equipment, and battery systems.
