Background
Mr. William Heath received his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University (Virginia Tech). He is a registered Professional Engineer in 14 jurisdictions and a licensed Master Electrician in Virginia. He also holds a Virginia Class B Electrical Contractor License. He has more than 30 years of experience in power generation and distribution, process control and instrumentation, construction, and project management for residential, commercial, manufacturing, utility, and government projects.
Mr. Heath’s areas of expertise include the design and construction of electrical power systems, instrumentation, control and automation systems, hazardous area design, protective device coordination studies, arc flash hazard studies, and fault current studies.
