Mr. Zachary C. Gutierrez graduated from Southern Illinois University – Carbondale, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 2019. As a licensed professional engineer in Colorado, Mr. Gutierrez has over 4 years of diverse experience in civil engineering, encompassing construction management, civil design, and geotechnical evaluation. His portfolio spans a variety of transportation-related construction and design projects along with geotechnical evaluations of single-family residential, multifamily developments, and commercial properties.
Throughout his career, Mr. Gutierrez has contributed to projects at all stages of development—from design and documentation to field observation and construction oversight. His experience includes the management of roadway rehabilitation and signage programs, drainage systems, ADA compliance measures, and underground utility installations. In addition to his construction background, Mr. Gutierrez has provided extensive geotechnical evaluations for residential, commercial, and multifamily developments, producing detailed reports with foundation recommendations, soil mitigation strategies, and site development insights.
As a project engineer, Mr. Gutierrez’ expertise also extends to the technical aspects of civil projects, with a strong understanding of contract documents, construction drawings, state and local regulations, and extensive experience in AutoCAD.
