With a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Long Beach State University, Mr. Arthur Pop is a registered professional engineer in the State of California. He has a diverse background in all phases of planning, surveying, design, and construction for a wide range of projects. His experience includes project management and design of government and private section-owned industrial, residential, commercial, and mix-use developments; roadway design; pavement design; parking lot design; utility design; sanitary sewer design; hydrology and hydraulic studies; drainage structures design and construction; structural design of wood, steel, and concrete buildings; and retaining wall design.

Mr. Pop has extensive experience with conducting inspections and reviewing reports to ensure alignment and technical compliance with federal government project requirements, identifying areas of non-compliance, as well as providing resolution to complex civil engineering problems through various designs, including structural reconfigurations to building structures and retaining walls, design of above-ground and underground fuel storage tanks, stormwater retention and detention underground tanks, driving lanes, parking lots, photo-voltaic structures, ADA pedestrian ramps and walkways, and ADA-compliant doors.
