Background

Ashish holds a degree in Civil Engineering and a postgraduate diploma in Quantity Surveying and has worked for several large contractors and consultants for more than 13 years in India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.

Ashish began his career in the oil and gas industry as a Planning Engineer.  Working on multi-million-dollar projects with cross-cultural experience allows Ashish to adopt various project management techniques, planning and scheduling, risk assessment, root cause analysis, etc., which have been implemented in a wide range of projects, from small-scale to large-scale oil and gas, EPC, infrastructure, high-rise building, and construction projects in India, Myanmar, Malaysia, and the Middle East.

As a highly skilled delay analyst, Ashish has extensive experience in analyzing, investigating, and resolving project delays.  For over 8 years, Ashish implemented various techniques of delay analysis, mitigation, and cause and effect of delays for a range of projects including MRT, residential and commercial, oil and gas, power, and healthcare.  Ashish has assisted Expert Witnesses in preparation of expert reports for arbitration, adjudication, and high court dispute resolution, and has a deep understanding of industry regulations and standards.
