Background
James is a competent, highly motivated, and diligent commercial professional with considerable experience gained in a wide variety of sectors.
James is an expert across all commercial and contractual disciplines, specialising in functional commercial strategy and management (time and cost quantum); insurances; expert determination; acting as a quantum expert witness; adjudication; mediation; arbitration support; and dispute avoidance and resolution. James has over 28 years of experience, with 16 years of on-site major project experience, 6 years in Tier 1 Contracting Corporate roles, and 6 years as an Expert Witness.
James combines his international major project experience with his corporate experience to provide the best practice commercial advisory services from project inception to final account. A Fellow of four professional institutions, James regularly participates in professional assessment panels and has recently been acknowledged by the RICS for his work associated with the publication of the RICS Professional Guidance Note “Commercial Management of Construction”, 1st Edition 2016.
James is a RICS Accredited Expert Determiner, a RICS Accredited Adjudicator in NSW, and a Registered Adjudicator in Queensland through the QBCC.
