Siewuan has substantial experience in preparing diverse types of cost claims for contractual works, variation works, prolongation costs, disruption costs (loss of productivity), acceleration costs, and other cost claims for loss and expense.

She assists the Quantum Expert Witness in preparing the quantum expert report for arbitration and court matters. One of her primary tasks is cost evaluation including taking off measurements, applying rates, and establishing star rates. She also assists the Expert in producing time-based cost claims (prolongation cost, disruption cost [loss of productivity], and acceleration cost), including extraction and collation of cost information from accounting systems. She liaises closely with the expert, the client’s legal representatives, the project team, and other stakeholders for obtaining information.

Siewuan also assists in preparing or assessing insurance claims. She assists the insured to prepare claim under the appropriate heads of claim within the provision of the policy with relevant supporting documents, likewise, to assess the insurance claim put up by the insured.
