Over the course of his career, Mr. Kosanda has been responsible for many aspects of the development design process including due diligence, conceptual planning, preliminary and final engineering, cost estimation, and permitting. As a forensic engineer, Mr. Kosanda applies his extensive site development design and construction experience to the analysis and investigation of residential, commercial, and industrial site issues including foundation settlement investigations, grading and drainage evaluations, storm water management system assessments, roofing installation and hail damage evaluations, premises liability, moisture intrusion/water damage, vibration damage, and general construction defect determinations.
