Background

Paul is an experienced commercial professional with over seven years of tier one construction experience across major building, commercial, education, and heritage projects in Australia. He has held contract administration and quantity surveying roles with leading contractors and consultants, developing strong capabilities in procurement, cost management, commercial administration, valuations, variation assessment, and claims support on complex, high-value projects.

Paul also has international experience, having provided construction claims support on infrastructure projects in Qatar. His work involved assisting with the preparation, analysis, and contractual substantiation of complex claims. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying, supported by a strong technical foundation in commercial management and project delivery.
