Background
Steven is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Quantum Expert who has worked on, and delivered major construction and engineering developments in Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and Africa. With a chapter of over 25 years of hands-on experience working on significant projects in infrastructure, engineering, aviation, hydrocarbon, and clean energy, Steven possesses excellent knowledge and a thorough understanding of engineering complexities and the interaction between the technical and commercial deliverables on projects. The valuation of projects has ranged from US$10m to US$3bn.
Steven has worked extensively with PPP and operator-type contracts, FIDIC, EPC, the NEC suite of contracts, and bespoke forms of contract. With a background in quantity surveying and extensive experience managing disputes and commercial processes, Steven possesses a strong understanding of quantum and delay matters. His expertise is further supported by in-depth knowledge of civil engineering, technical aspects of engineering, and the complexities of building construction.
