Team of 7 from Gardiner & Theobald Fairway join CCi’s London Expert Practice

CCi has today announced that it has recruited 7 members of the Gardiner & Theobald Fairway Expert Services & Dispute Consultancy business. This acquisition significantly strengthens CCi’s Quantum and Delay Expert witness capabilities, transforming CCi in to one of London’s leading expert practices.

Andrew Cox, Keith Miller, James Thomas and Richard Walmsley, all quantum experts, have significant experience of disputes worldwide, spanning a broad range of industry sectors including buildings, infrastructure, power and utilities, process and manufacturing, marine, and oil and gas. They will be ably assisted by David Drljaca and Colin Naisbitt, Associate Directors. Gary McGifford, delay expert and Director, has similar wide-ranging sector experience with particular detailed knowledge of on/offshore wind farms and rail infrastructure.

CCi has grown significantly over the past year and now has a team of 35 practicing quantum, delay and technical experts of various design and engineering disciplines who have worked on construction disputes and insurance claims around the world from low value standard matters to multibillion-dollar complex international cases.

Increasingly CCi are appointed to provide an integrated team of experts, covering all time, cost and technical / engineering issues. A new way of operating, that is proving to be a very effective way of managing a claim or dispute resolution process, in terms of strategy, costs, timing and clarity of the inter dependant matters that together make up the case as a whole.
