Background

Mr. Christopher Hurlbut holds a B.S. Degree in Architectural Engineering and a Masters of Engineering degree in Architectural Engineering. His experience is in the inspection of portland cement concrete, structural analysis of steel members, review of structural shop drawings, and construction and inspection of wood-framed structures, and he is proficient in the use of AutoCad and REVIT.

As a construction and project manager, he has hands-on experience with wood framing, concrete footings and walls, installing windows and doors, and installation of roofs and siding.

As a forensic investigator, Mr. Hurlbut is responsible for investigating and evaluating structural and other failure conditions in commercial and residential structures and properties, including the analysis of architectural, civil, and structural design and construction-related issues.
