Background
Mr. Gajen Rajenthiran graduated from the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU), Daytona Beach with an M.S. degree in Civil Engineering. While attending ERAU, Mr. Rajenthiran performed research work with a focus on finding fiber alternatives for concrete bridge girders in extremely aggressive environments.
Mr. Rajenthiran’s experience includes structural design (concrete and steel) and analysis of bridges and commercial buildings. He also oversaw construction planning, budgeting, execution, and on-site quality control and progress inspections. As a restoration engineer, he evaluated structural safety, structural damage, cause of damage, and repair design, and managed restoration construction projects.
Mr. Rajenthiran has conducted property investigations on residential and commercial/industrial structures including roof damage assessments, moisture intrusion, flooring damage assessments (tile, wood, etc.), pool failures, and storm-related damage. His experience also includes analysis of distress to ancillary structures such as pavements, seawalls, docks, pools, and screen enclosures.
