
Background
Mr. Jack Faragallah holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a registered professional engineer in California, Florida, North Carolina, West Virginia, and Georgia. Mr. Faragallah is a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional. Also, he has multiple certificates in the predictive maintenance field. Mr. Jack is a Certified Vibration Analyst CAT 3, Machine Lubrication Technician Level 1, and Ultrasound Analyst CAT 1 with Mobius Institute.
He has over 19 years of experience in different industries, including petrochemicals, renewable energy (solar panels), chemical/ pharmaceutical, lumber and pulp and paper mills, food, and automotive. He also has experience in residential and commercial building types in plumbing and HVAC systems.
Mr. Faragallah’s areas of expertise are root cause analysis, failure modes analysis, project management, optimizing CMMS, preventive and predictive maintenance techniques, rotating and fixed equipment, reliability improvement, nondestructive testing, destructive testing, process safety management and mechanical integrity, machine design/selection, and utilities systems.
He is very familiar with the following codes and regulations for OSHA, FDA, USDA, NFPA, ASHARE, and API rotating/fixed equipment.
Mr. Faragallah has investigated the cause of failures and leaks involving pumps, hammer mills fires, boilers, furnaces, chillers, cooling towers, heat exchangers, electric motors, internal combustion engine diesel/gasoline, dryers, conveyer systems, centrifuge, extruders, gearboxes, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, thermal fluid heaters, fans, blowers, valves, piping, and pressure vessels. Mr. Jack investigated hoist and overhead crane failures and accidents and is very familiar with their regulations. He has experience in optimizing their operation to enhance safety and productivity by working in a cross team function environment.
He also has experience in residential and commercial appliances, including dishwashers, water heaters, washers and dryers, cooking appliances, fridges, and ice makers.
