Background

Along with a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering with an Architectural Option, Mr. Timothy France is a registered professional engineer in 7 states and a registered structural engineer in Utah and Oklahoma. He has extensive experience in structural design, concrete flooring, and engineering forensics.

His expertise includes structural design utilizing steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, timber (heavy, laminated, engineered components, and dimensional), and cold-formed steel materials on a variety of residential, commercial, professional, hospitality, educational, multi-family structures, big-box, and tilt-up concrete structures. He’s also designed, evaluated, and modified cellular and broadcast tower structures throughout the U.S.

As a forensic engineer, he has performed evaluations for repairs and design of specialty, industrial, and commercial floor slabs throughout the U.S. and investigated flooring, moisture, structural and other types of concrete floor failures.
