Background

Ms. Anita Roe holds an M.S. in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis from California State University Long Beach and a B.S. in Civil Engineering, including an Environmental Management Minor from New Mexico State University. She is a professional engineer with over 15 years of experience in Civil and Structural design and analysis focused on project management, commercial and residential construction, telecommunication tower analysis, and water system structures.

Ms. Roe has experience in structural engineering in both the public and private sectors. Her building design experience includes the production and supervision of contract documents including education facilities, retail facilities, medical centers, private housing, and entertainment venues. She has project management and structural design and analysis experience in buildings constructed with structural steel, wood, concrete, masonry, and cold-formed metal. Ms. Roe holds professional engineering licenses in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Louisiana, New Mexico, and Texas and holds a Safety Assessment Program (SAP) Evaluator Certification from the California Office of Emergency Services.

As a forensic consultant, Ms. Roe performs analysis and investigation of residential, commercial, and industrial site issues including water intrusion investigation, roofing installation and storm damage evaluations, and general construction defect determinations.
