Background

Mr. Daniel Wolfram received his B.S. degree in Management/Communication. He has construction experience in multiple fields, including commercial metal framing and drywall, residential framing, vinyl siding installation, and interior trim. His hands-on experience in residential construction dates to over 35 years ago. Mr. Wolfram has also built and sold four houses, of which he was the General Contractor for each.

Mr. Wolfram currently has an Xactimate Level 3 Certification, and he has worked as an estimator/project manager for insurance restoration companies and then worked for a major insurance carrier for nearly 20 years.  During his employment as a staff insurance adjuster, 18 years included handling Large Loss homeowner claims in which he handled major losses due to fire, smoke, water, tree strikes, hurricanes, and tornadoes.

For most of the insurance claims, Mr. Wolfram’s handling of the Large Loss claims was from start to finish, including immediate on-site inspections, documentation of damages, writing repair estimates, and working with the contractors to restore the residences.

During his tenure with the restoration companies and insurance carrier, Mr. Wolfram extensively utilized Xactimate for estimating. He also used the Core Logic (formerly Symbility) estimating platform along with additional resources to supplement the estimates when warranted.
