Background

Mr. Chris Profeta has more than 33 years of experience in all phases of planning, design, and construction for a diverse list of projects ranging from high-end custom homes to commercial and industrial facilities. Individual project budgets were in excess of $20 million.

His experience has a strong focus design/build projects, where he had complete project responsibilities including oversight of architectural design, preparation of proposals, contracts, and cost estimates, generation of project schedules, awarding of subcontracts, and oversight of job site and office personnel. He is also a Master Carpenter and has personally constructed hundreds of construction projects.

Mr. Profeta’s experience also includes the structural design of reinforced concrete, steel, and wood buildings. Design and construction of commercial, residential, medical, industrial, and food establishments. Additionally, he has experience with historical projects registered on the National Registry, code compliance reviews, feasibility studies, and heavy timber construction applications.

Mr. Profeta is highly experienced in the application of the International Building Codes, ADA, and design specifications ACI for concrete, AISC for steel, and NDS for wood.
