Craig Dudas

Background

Mr. Craig Dudas is a Certified Building Inspector and Reserve Specialist with over 20 years of experience with expertise in roofing systems, building envelopes, and mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems. He is currently working as the Department Manager for Inspections, conducting building evaluations, reserve studies, condition assessments, and forensic evaluations.

Mr. Dudas has provided services on a wide variety of building types including single-family, multi-family, commercial, retail, educational, and industrial facilities, for both new construction and restoration projects. He evaluates the built environment for code compliance and/or construction defects. Mr. Dudas’ experience includes structures significantly damaged due to wood deterioration, reinforcement corrosion, stucco and EIFS failures, water intrusion, and roofing failures. In addition, Mr. Dudas has extensive experience with hurricane-damaged structures and has assisted in post-storm damage assessments, emergency repairs, insurance claim support, and cost analysis.
