Background
Mr. David E. Ways is a Professional Architect licensed in the State of Florida for 16 years, with over 39 years of computer-assisted drafting (CAD) experience. As a sole practitioner, he has worked on architectural construction drawings for residential, commercial, retail, and office/warehouse projects. Working with the engineers at Rimkus for the past 4 years, he has prepared permit drawings for numerous forensic engineering and hurricane repair projects. He is a State of Florida Licensed Architect (AR 93149), a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED-AP), and is National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (N.C.A.R.B.) Certified, and an American Institute of Architects (A.I.A.) member.
