Mr. Tony Clark holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering and is a registered professional engineer in Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama, Missouri, Tennessee, and Oklahoma.
Over his 20+ year career as a project manager and engineer with various engineering firms, Mr. Clark has “hands-on” experience in the design and construction management of most general civil projects. Design experience varies from conceptual and planning to final plans and specifications. Project types have included water systems, sewer systems, roadways, hydraulics, railway, airport, industrial, site development, and structural. Clients have varied from state and federal agencies, small and large municipalities, county governments, private companies, developers, and individuals. In addition to most general civil projects, Mr. Clark has been involved with and associated with most aspects of residential construction, including structure and foundation damage inspection related to storms and soil issues.
Since joining Rimkus, Mr. Clark has investigated wind damage to residential and commercial roofs, differential foundation movement, moisture source determinations, potable water and sanitary sewer line failures, wind damage to residential and commercial structures, storm surge damage to residential and commercial structures, and fire-related structural damage to commercial structures. He has performed structural condition assessments for structures damaged by automobile impacts, tree impacts, and tornados, and roof collapses and building collapses from various causations. He has also performed causation analysis for collapses of residential structures and commercial structures, damage assessments to bridge and drainage structures, and structural condition analyses for damage to in-ground swimming pools.
