Background

Ms. Christina Garrett holds a B.S. degree in Environmental Science from Long Island University. Ms. Garrett is an Environmental Professional with 21 years in the environmental services industry, with expertise in due diligence.

Ms. Garrett’s professional experience includes managing all aspects of environmental due diligence, including Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs); remediation, indoor air quality (IAQ) assessments; lead, asbestos, and mold investigations; and radon testing from proposal to completion. Ms. Garrett has led environmental assessment activities for numerous commercial property types including undeveloped land, multi-family residential (including Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae scopes of work), office, warehouse / light industrial, and heavy industrial / manufacturing throughout the United States.

Ms. Garrett has experience in environmental compliance and risk management for industries including food production, petroleum refining, chemical manufacturing, oil and gas, and coal mining. Ms. Garrett is knowledgeable in federal, state, and local environmental regulations and agency programs.
