Background
Jon is a Mechanical Engineer with 20 years of experience in the global oil and gas market. Prior to joining Rimkus he led numerous project controls teams through all phases of turnkey projects that encompassed engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning. Projects that he has been a key member of include the largest brownfield development in the history of offshore production in the Southern North Sea.
Jon’s global experience has aided him in gaining expert working knowledge pertaining to insurance claims associated with Delay in Start-up (DSU) and Business Interruption (BI). He is currently engaged as an expert witness on behalf of the Global Insurance Market.
Jon has utilized his extensive technical knowledge and available experience to analyze and resolve complex time and delay issues and determine potential project impact. He has been appointed as subject matter expert on two major losses in the United States.
Jon is experienced in many sectors mainly in the onshore/offshore construction, oil and gas, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, mining, nuclear, and power and water industries.
