Mr. Justin Kovacsik is a licensed General Contractor and Roofing Contractor with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He specializes in disaster recovery, construction project management, cost estimating, contract administration, and construction means and methods.
Mr. Kovacsik has extensive expertise in project management, field supervision, project take-offs, estimating, scheduling, safety compliance, and documentation. Throughout his career, he has evaluated and managed hundreds of construction projects across the country, reviewing project plans, specifications, and related contractual documents. As the former qualifying agent for one of the nation’s largest developers/builders, he possesses a deep understanding of the construction business and the critical relationships among all project stakeholders.
His project experience spans a wide range of market sectors, including multifamily, hospitality, senior living, commercial, and industrial developments. He has direct project management experience in new construction, renovation, and reconstruction projects.
