Background

Sarah has over 16 years of experience as a Planning Engineer with main experience in time scheduling, monitoring, controlling, reporting, and delay analysis as well as database administration and further interest in claims and arbitration.

Sarah’s dispute experience includes preparation of delay analysis for claim, assisting delay experts, claims preparation for arbitration and adjudication, claim review for arbitration and adjudication, and claim assessment as engineer on FIDIC contract and under NEC Contract.

Sarah is familiar with multiple forms of contracts including FIDIC, NEC, JCT, and bespoke EPC Contracts.
