Dr. Xueyan Zheng is an accomplished engineering professional who has written many publications related to her Ph.D. in material specialist compositions. She brings her unique skill set to the building envelope niche as she is able to provide insight into building materials. Dr. Zheng is an experienced material scientist of 4 years, and she completed research experience in a chemistry lab. She developed and tested new sustainable materials for various industrial applications. Dr. Zheng is a New York State registered Architect of more than 5 years and has experience in high-rise residential and mixed-use buildings in New York for over 20 projects. She has completed many different zoning studies, concept designs of construction documents, and construction administration. She is well versed in New York City zoning resolutions and various building codes. Dr. Zheng’s project management skills range from coordination with consultants, presentations to clients, DOB submissions, and internal team management. She also completes site inspections and site meetings while providing excellent customer service and relations to all of her projects and clients.
