Daniel has assisted with the forensic delay analysis of programs, preparation of expert reports, and preparation and review of construction programs and claims for delay and disruption.
Daniel also has experience in, and an understanding of, construction industry areas including roads and infrastructure; wind farms; large commercial and retail developments; and large civil projects.
Daniel’s professional experience includes review and analysis of claims in relation to delay, disruption, and costs; preparation of advice and expert reports in relation to delay and disruption and associated costs; preparation and review of tender and contract construction programs; and project statusing and program updates.
