Mr. Doug Gafney is a strategic and results-driven executive with more than 25+ years of experience driving business growth, operational excellence, and technological innovation. He graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and earned his Master of Business Administration from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. He served as a Captain in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for nearly 7 years before transitioning to the private sector.

Mr. Gafney brings proven expertise in Profit & Loss management, process improvement, and Six Sigma methodologies, with a strong track record of implementing AI, automation, and data-driven strategies to enhance efficiency and generate significant cost savings. His experience includes leading cross-functional programs with budgets ranging from $10 to $100 million (M) and building high-performance teams while leveraging digital solutions and advanced analytics to drive large-scale transformation initiatives across multiple industries.
