Background

Jennifer is an Associate Director and Quantity Surveyor specialising in construction dispute resolution, with 14 years of experience in the industry. She holds a law degree and a master’s in quantity surveying, giving her a strong combined legal and commercial foundation for complex quantum analysis.

Jennifer is regularly involved in adjudications, the preparation of expert reports, and broader dispute management, working closely with leading solicitors, barristers, subcontractors, main contractors, developers, client teams, local authorities, and consultants.

She is the lead assistant to quantum experts in adjudication, arbitration, and mediation proceedings, providing high-quality analytical and evidential support.
