Mr. Aakash Arun holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering and M.S. in Building Construction from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He has over 9 years of experience in the analysis of construction claims, project advisory, project management, scheduling, real estate valuation, and construction dispute advisory.

Mr. Arun’s industry expertise includes multimillion- to billion-dollar projects encompassing the residential, energy, transportation, healthcare, commercial, and education sectors. Mr. Arun has worked on projects such as city transit systems, gas pipelines, residential high-rise buildings, refineries, hospitals, K-12 schools, highways, military research facilities, and renewable energy facilities.

Mr. Arun’s forensic consulting expertise includes the analysis of construction claims with a focus on tasks such as quantification of delays, critical path analysis, liquidated damages, loss of productivity, acceleration and mitigation, risk assessments, project management, and schedule advisory on public and private projects representing owners, general contractors, developers, subcontractors, and material suppliers. Mr. Arun has worked on schedule and quantum claims on construction projects in the U.S., Canada, Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East.
