Mr. Jon M. Beltran is a highly experienced Fire Investigator and retired Firefighter/Lieutenant with over 35 years of experience in Fire Investigation in origin and cause, fire suppression, and emergency operations. He has been the lead investigator in over 1,000 fire-related investigations in the public and private sectors. Mr. Beltran has 28 years of experience with the El Paso, Texas, Fire Department and 6 years in the private sector as a fire investigator, team lead, project manager, technical report reviewer, and forensic locksmith.
Mr. Beltran is a licensed private investigator in Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona. He is also trained as a Bosch CDR Tool Technician and holds International Association of Arson Investigators (IAAI) Expert Witness Testimony Certification.
