Background
Jai is a qualified Civil Engineer with five years of experience within the construction industry. He holds bachelor’s degrees in civil engineering and commerce. Jai has worked with leading clients in Australia and New Zealand, undertaking various delay analysis methods and performing data analysis, programming, quantity take-offs, and contract administration support.
Jai’s most recent experience has seen him involved in large infrastructure projects in both delay and claims roles, for both principals and contractors. Jai has provided delay claim support and, more recently, worked as part of a team on complex expert matters.
