Background
Yazeed is a highly experienced construction and engineering professional with over 18 years of expertise. He excels in various areas, including commercial aspects, project planning and controls, management, forensic delay analysis, claims management, and serving as a testified expert witness.
Clients across the Middle East, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, and Australia have benefitted from Yazeed’s skills. He specialises in commercial claims and analysing delays. His experience is recognised in the industry, as he has been appointed as an expert witness in adjudications and international arbitrations.
Yazeed is a thought leader in his field, authoring publications and actively sharing his knowledge through public webinars and training sessions on planning, delay analysis, and commercial claims.
He currently holds leadership positions as President of the AACE Australian Section and Vice President of the Lighthouse Club Australia.
In addition, Yazeed teaches project controls and cost engineering subjects at Swinburne University of Technology.
