The project involved the installation of three 400/132kV tertiary connections into National Grid Electrical Transmissions sites across the east of England.
Services Provided
Rimkus was appointed to provide services for the commercial management and contract support of the works. This entailed auditing the management of payment applications, compensation events, preparation and presentation of cost reports, and the involvement in the settlement of contract disputes. The works were delivered under NEC 4 Option A and E all with significant compensation events to be resolved.
