Background

Mr. John Bruzzese has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry and has been employed with Rimkus (formerly Commercial Construction Consulting, LLC) since 2000.  Mr. Bruzzese heads up the Due Diligence group of the company and is responsible for managing all aspects of Property Condition Assessments and Capital Planning for commercial properties including urban high-rise developments, historic buildings, office parks, industrial buildings, residential apartment buildings, schools, and retail centers. Mr. Bruzzese studied Architectural Engineering and Construction Management at Wentworth Institute of Technology, receiving his A.D. in Architectural Engineering in 1988 and his B.S. in Construction Management in 1990.

As a Director and Practice Leader, Mr. Bruzzese’s many tasks include marketing, negotiating, coordinating, communicating, scheduling, budgeting, and making sure deliverables are sent on time, as the Real Estate Due Diligence continues to grow year over year while keeping profitable and maintaining and expanding a robust book of business.
