Mr. Wendy Tulu received his Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering and his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He is a Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Maryland and Texas with extensive experience in civil and structural engineering, project management, and construction inspections.

Mr. Tulu’s expertise encompasses a diverse range of projects, including buildings, roads, railroads, bridges, channels, irrigation systems, pipelines, power plants, and water/sewage systems. His design experience covers residential, municipal, commercial, and transportation projects, including retaining wall structures and bridge design.

In his role as a senior civil/structural engineer, Mr. Tulu has been responsible for reviewing civil and structural designs, ensuring conformance with codes and standards, and providing technical supervision. His project management experience spans local, state, and federal levels, involving bridges, retaining structures, and building maintenance. Mr. Tulu has successfully managed projects through the design and construction phases, coordinated with various stakeholders, and addressed community concerns.

Mr. Tulu’s forensic engineering engagements include evaluating insurance claims for residential and commercial buildings, performing structural assessments following damage events, and investigating water intrusion claims.

Mr. Tulu’s professional experience is complemented by his commitment to continuing education, maintaining his P.E. license, and staying updated with industry practices and trends. His software skills include AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SAP2000, ETABS, Revit, Bluebeam Revu, Procore, Microsoft Suite, MS Project, MicroStation, SAFE, RISA, and Hydro Flow.
