Background

Mr. Abraham Rubin’s responsibilities at Rimkus include accurately hand drawing existing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to redesigning to meet new construction requirements in office spaces, server rooms, labs, data centers, mechanical rooms, fitness centers, schools, and manufacturing facilities, among other commercial applications. Design of mechanical systems for new construction projects.

Additionally, Mr. Rubin’s role involves the review of existing buildings to identify operational deficiencies, solutions, and energy efficiency improvement opportunities.  He excels in communicating with team members, architects, contractors, and property owners to ensure projects are run seamlessly and in a timely manner.
