Background
Adam is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer with more than 20 years of multi-sector experience in engineering, mechanical maintenance, technical operations, and forensic investigations.
His expertise includes CPR 35 expert witness reporting, technical causation analysis, and evidence gathering for insurers, solicitors, and corporate clients. Adam has led complex investigations both in the United Kingdom and internationally, covering industrial facilities, biomass, combined heat and power energy systems, marine vessel fires, and large-scale commercial and residential incidents. His experience extends to over a decade in the British Forces, where he held leadership roles overseeing engineering teams, high-value equipment readiness, statutory inspections, and global operational support.
Adam also brings extensive experience in inspecting and advising clients on compliance with the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations (PSSR) and Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER). He has overseen the development and implementation of statutory inspection schemes, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices. His work has supported clients in maintaining operational safety, legal compliance, and equipment integrity across a wide range of industrial environments.
Adam is a recognised Chartered Engineer by the UK Engineering Council and European Engineer by Engineers Europe (formerly FEANI).
