Background
Anna is a Civil Engineer with Quantity Surveying backgorund and experience in the construction industry across Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. She has supported contractors, project management consultants and clients on major building and infrastructure projects.
She currently works in Quantum, supporting the preparation of independent quantum assessments and expert reports for adjudication, arbitration and litigation. Her work includes reviewing contracts, variation claims, payment records, drawings and project documentation to assess contractual entitlement and financial impact.
Her core skills include quantity surveying, cost planning, cost reporting, commercial management, contract administration and claims assessment, complemented by experience in delay analysis and project controls.
