Claims and Disputes

London, UK

Background

Bradley is construction law educated, with 6 years of experience in dispute resolution services providing forensic delay analysis, contractual entitlement advice, claim management, and, to a lesser extent, quantum assessments on a variety of projects from a €600 million offshore wind EPC to a more modest £3 million construction project. He has 20 years of experience in programme planning and control in diverse sectors, including construction, engineering, IT, and rail.

Possessing a passion for problem-solving, attention to detail, and desire to achieve the best possible outcome for clients, Bradley remains sufficiently pragmatic to find compelling contractual arguments, produce analyses, and draft reports within the timescales demanded by international and domestic contract administration.

As an advanced user of CPA scheduling tools with significant systems, process, and executive reporting expertise, Bradley can operate planning software, adding value with the knowledge and experience necessary to develop programmes for various project types from first principles, evaluate schedule risk, and identify mitigation options.

As a delay analyst, Bradley assists delay experts in producing expert reports during litigation and ADR proceedings. He has also been responsible for the prosecution and defence of claims for time extension (EOT) and money, on behalf of the contractor and employer. He is fully conversant with the mainstream programming software used in the industry.

Bradley has extensive knowledge and experience of different forms of contract including FIDIC, NEC, JCT, and bespoke EPC.
