
Background
Craig has 10 years of experience working within the construction industry, both in live project planning and forensic delay analysis, and has worked on a diverse range of projects across various sectors of the industry.
Craig demonstrates a strong understanding on the principles of project delivery from a time and commercial perspective and has experience in planning at all stages of the project lifecycle. Craig has been involved in planning on both contractor and client side, working predominantly under the NEC form of contract.
Craig also has experience in delay analysis which has included using forensic techniques to demonstrate cause and effect of critical delay. Craig has compiled delay reports, built as-built programmes, used time slice windows analysis and reviewed site diaries to gain a greater knowledge of events – all helping to aid and understand entitlements for clients.
Craig is a highly proficient user of all planning software such as Primavera P6, Powerproject, and MSP.
Craig currently undertakes analysis of DSU and BI insurance claims which includes preparing and presenting analysis to clients based on findings. Craig carries out forensic analysis of delay to completion dates and investigates cause and effect.
