Eman is a construction Delay Expert with 23 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry specialising in dispute resolution, claims management, and avoidance on construction and engineering projects. As a qualified civil engineer, an experienced planning and project controls engineer, delay analyst and Expert Witness, Eman has worked across a wide range of sectors both in the UK and internationally analysing delays to projects in dispute as a programming/delay expert.

Eman’s expertise is in forensic delay analysis, disruption, and strategic and project planning and management. She has regularly been appointed as an Expert Witness on matters of construction delay, disruption, and inefficiency including providing testimony in proceedings. Her sector experience includes civil and infrastructure, energy, oil and gas, marine, defence, and building (residential, commercial, and mixed use), working in both the public and private sectors.
