Background

Frini is a qualified Civil Engineer with more than two years of experience within the construction industry. She holds bachelor’s degrees in Civil Engineering (specialising in roading and geotech) and Computer Applications and a master’s degree in Business Administration.

Frini has hands-on experience in forensic delay analysis, construction programming, and claims assessment. She supports the analysis of delays, disruptions, and associated costs and contributes to the preparation of expert reports and advisory documents. Frini has also reviewed and prepared reports on tender and contract construction programs, providing support to both clients and contractors in evaluating project timelines and feasibility.
