Background
Glenn has valuable experience in, and wide-ranging knowledge of, project management, programming, claim preparation, forensic delay analysis, and assessment of costs.
Glenn has undertaken numerous site-based programming roles assisting contractors and principals during construction. As a construction planner, Glenn has been involved in both the preparation and review of programs for the purposes of tendering and contract status programs on active projects. His project experience ranges from small developments through to high-value infrastructure projects across a number of sectors and countries.
Working closely with the project team and senior management, he has also advised clients in the areas of contract management, project costs, and the preparation and assessment of claims.
Glenn has extensive experience in forensic delay analysis and the preparation of expert reports relating to delay, disruption, and costs on a variety of projects ranging from small residential developments to large infrastructure projects.
Glenn also possesses an in-depth knowledge of software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Asta Powerproject, and Microsoft Office Suite.
